We made some significant improvements in 2016; the ‘Bypass’ valve conserves the Di-resin life even longer, the canister still has the ‘Pressure relief’ valve and we added 50 feet of ‘X-panding’ hose for your washing and spraying mobility. We also upgraded the spray nozzle to a 9 setting ‘Soap gun’ so you can wash without a bucket and use heavier rinse settings like ‘Fan’ or ‘Flat’ for the final rinse. This product is better and even more cost effective than the competition because you can ‘Bypass’ the filter for the entire wash process, the initial ‘wetting, the soaping, the washing and the first ‘unfiltered’ rinse, this saves the filtered water for just the ‘Final’ rinse. The canister and filter cartridge are still clear so you can still see the color changes in the resin and know when the refillable cartridge needs to be recharged, this visual method eliminates the need for any ‘TDS/PPM tester’. This does more than the water softeners, you see advertised for car washing, this actually removes the impurities in your water. The ‘Di-resin’ removes the TDS -Total Dissolved Solids using a ‘+- Charged Ion-exchange’ process. Unlike several of our competitors filter there is a 20 micron sediment filter built into the filter cartridge, the ‘White’ you see at the top, it removes rust, sediment and calcium particles that come from your water pipes and cause ‘micro-scratches’, or ‘swirl marks’ in your paint. Why other models don’t have this I don’t understand? Our goal is to provide a simpler more cost effective alternative to the overpriced products on the market today; we figure the guy who washes his own car might enjoy spending the money he saved driving his girlfriend to dinner in his beautiful car! Limitations: this model is good for water with 110PPM or less, please test your water before you order!!

This unit is double the size of our regular model with it’s dual canisters, built primarily for high PPM water but also used by car dealers and mobile detailers. It provides longer filter life for when they work away from their office or tool box. This system is more than a deionized water filter, this is a complete ‘Car Wash System’ made with quality components. A good detail job starts with great water, I have used a transparent canister and cartridge so you can see the ‘Di-resin’ change color as it gets closer to expiration, showing you when you need to renew the filter. My selling price is less than it would cost you to buy the components individually and build it yourself and you get a proven product with a real warranty. RV Wash System – Filters Your Drinking Water while you Travel & Provides ‘Spot-free’ Washes when you get Home

We had several requests from RV owners to add normal water filtration capability to our system so they could pack a single filter for both internal drinking water and exterior wash needs. We added 2 Carbon Wrap (5 micron) sediment filters a TDS meter and a Yard Hanger for their convenience. The canister and filter cartridge are still clear so you can still see the color changes in the resin and know when the refillable cartridge needs to be recharged. This does more than the water softeners, you see advertised for car washing, this actually removes the impurities in your water. The ‘Di-resin’ removes the TDS -Total Dissolved Solids using a ‘+ -‘ charged ion-exchange process.

Our Di-resin cartridge has a 20 micron sediment filter built-in, that ‘White’ section at the top removes rust particles, sediment and calcium particles that come from old water pipes and cause ‘micro-scratches’ when you towel dry, many of our competitors cartridges don’t have one. This new system fits our goal to provide a cost effective product by serving two purposes and packing small and light for RV travel. Limitations: this Di-resin is most economical & efficient for water less than 110 ppm; it will work with 110-120+ ppm water but it definitely won’t last for 20+ washes.

Detailing your vehicle becomes much easier when you stop depositing minerals on your paint and chrome! We have sold these units to mobile detailing operations and they believe that starting with better water makes for better results.
